All in all it's 9/10. Service great! There is only one thing I was not satisfied is that cleaning lady didn't mop room floor and bathroom. When I come back every night, I can feel some dirty part ... a bit pity...

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed but a little small. The added bonus of mini bar, brunch and evening snacks was a good addition. A 20 min walk to the Cathedral and close access to the Metro was also a reason to stay here.

This hotel was nothing short of sensational. Everyone was incredibly kind and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and the free lunch/dinner buffet was such a nice added touch. I mentioned my partners birthday at check-in and on the day they brought her a cake at breakfast and also left prosecco, macaroons and balloons in our room while we were out for the day. Will be recommending all our friends/family to stay here. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel in Milan! The rooms were on the smaller size but the finishes and furniture were great. We loved that everything in the mini fridge was free for us to have (soft drinks and snacks). They also had a free breakfast and snack bar that you can grab on your way out or in. The property also has a small outdoor deck to relax and a beautiful gym downstairs with free waters and protein bars! The location is close to a metro stop and shopping as well! All in all great property to stay if you’re looking for something affordable in Milan!

Great location, located within a 3 minute walking distance to the subway and trolley train. Food options and shopping around the area, in addition to the hotel providing a light snack area for the guests. The rooms were new/modern with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. No bathrobe, but there were slippers. The staff was immaculate and more than helpful.

Great hotel, everyone friendly and helpful. Lovely room with free mini bar containing plenty of water, soft drinks, 1 beer and snacks. Free tea/coffee station with snacks and bottles of water available all day as well as free brunch buffet and evening snacks available. Also got voucher free cocktail each. 15 min walk to central train station and 5 mins to metro for line 1 into centre. Would defuses here again.

The staff was so kind and welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect, far enough away from down town to be quiet and away from tourists but close enough to walk to all the main attractions. Highly recommend!
