Good basic stay

We staying here as an emergency when our flight was cancelled late at night. I booked about 45 minutes before we arrived and check-in was super easy and smooth. It worked perfectly fine as a space to sleep while waiting for our flight the next day.

Property was close to the train station and there was no issue with a very late check in. Staff was helpful, room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast. However, there was no soap in the shower or toilet paper on the roll. The shower faucet had a metal part come off that nearly hit my foot. I would not return here.

We only stayed for one night and chose the hotel for its location near to the Grand Centrale station. The brigt colurs shown on the website must have been photographed a few years ago and the roller shutter on the window didn't leave a good impression. The surrounding area wasn't great although there were plenty of dining options

Overall very good. Only negative experience encountered when checked out; we were unfriendly treated by the gentleman at the front desk. We asked to apply the hold/deposit payment to the balance payment . He reacted very impatient, disrespectful and unprofessional 😢
