A real pleasure to stay at the Hotel Lido.

Excellent small hotel. Quick efficient check-in. Nice well stocked breakfast buffet with continental breakfast and scrambled eggs and bacon. Small bar area to relax with a drink. Ideal for visiting San Siro stadium, about 15 minutes walk. 5 minutes from Lotto metro station to connect into and arou d Milan. Nice, friendly staff. A real pleasure to stay there.

The property is clean, warm (or cool - air con works well) and comfortable, the condition /design of the decor was tired both in the corridors and the room, the bed was comfortable, the shower cubicle needed changing, but the water was always warm and the pressure good. However, the condition of the decor aside, the staff were professional and friendly. There wasn't anything they wouldn't do to help you with. The service was the best i've seen in any * hotel and always with a smile. Breakfast was good and fresh. A safe place to stay.

reception were excellent - very friendly (great English) and very informative on items such as how to get to the airport following day and how to get to the game (here for the football - which is easily walkable). The room is nothing special - very small - wouldn't want to be there for a week, but one night is fine There isn't very much (in fact next to nothing) in Lotto, but didn't matter as we were here for the football and the metro is next door making it easy to pop into the centre of down

Would stay here again

We stayed just one night here and would have stayed longer if we had been in Milan for longer. Just round the corner from the metro where you can access everything and easy access for the bus to the airport too. Room was clean and comfy too. Reception were very helpful and breakfast was good.

Room was so dusty, and room and ventilation smelled so badly of old cigarette smoke that it triggered my asthma Single room was very small and the bathroom was impracticality tiny Bed was uncomfortable and needed replacing as you could feel the mattress springs Limited options at breakfast and you had to ask for your coffee to be made Price reflects location outside the city centre so you need to catch the metro everywhere

Cheap Hotel in Great Location

I booked this hotel based upon the geographical location for the Milan tattoo convention. When I arrived early they made a couple of quick checked and got me straight to my room before check in. After a shower I went back down to head to the venue and I was given a map and great directions from the lady behind the counter. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was vast and excellent. Overall this was a fantastic budget hotel. Please do not go with the expectation of large modern hotels which cost you three times the prices as you will be disappointed. I will definitely be booking again for the convention next year.

Very good .........

Well located. A bit away from the city centre, But then the metro station is within walking distance. Very few dining out choices in the area. No lunch or dinner provided at the hotel. Breakfast menu is repetitive. Quiet area. The staff were very friendly.

Good service but the room had a bad smell. The room walls are thin and you can clearly hear the person next door coughing or snoring and if there is someone using a toilet it really gets very noisy.

Cozy Hotel. Convenient location. A1 staff !!!

I have arrived early in the morning, and before I even got to the room I was given hints what and where the most important places to visit are, how to get there, how to avoid lineups, and where the best food in the city center is. Excellent service and affordable pricing. Strongly recommended.

This is not a large and fancy hotel with all the bells and whistles, but it is exceptionally clean and definitely a bargain if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel room with exceptional ratings. Paola and Lucca are the difference.
