Room was ok, bed wasn’t super comfortable. They did have a ping pong table which was enjoyable and the A/C worked well. They’re not super close to food, but they do have bikes and an on site restaurant which was helpful.

Shuttle service not what it seems

We checked in and asked for the first shuttle out in the morning. They told us they’d get another van since the first one was already full. We assumed it would be leaving at 7:30am since that’s when the first shuttle leaves every morning. Instead they just booked us for the second, 7:45am shuttle, without telling us that’s what they did. The room needs an entire bathroom overhaul. The pizza was great though!

Although airport subtle was requested weeks in advance I was told at check-in that I never contacted the hotel. I showed the gentleman emails from the hotel asking me what time I wanted the shuttle and my response. He commented that I never got a reply back. I didn’t expect a reply back seeing I was responding to their Request for time. He said he would take care of it, but in the morning I was not on the shuttle list. The solution was to put me on a later shuttle, which caused a little anxiety getting to the airport on time.

Ok place. Rooms were clean. The hotel shuttle runs only once every hour also it doesn't start until 7:30 a.m. so if you have an early departure you'll have to pay to go to the airport via Uber, or arranged transportation. Nice restaurant with good food.

I travel through Malpensa quite a bit and so I have experienced many of the airport hotels. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was reasonably friendly at the front desk, but not particularly warm and inviting. The hotel is in good condition. The night I was there the restaurant was understaffed and it caused a great deal of stress for everybody involved. Breakfast was good. The shuttle service is definitely a very positive amenity.

Fine airport hotel

It's an airport hotel and it feels like one. If you need it as a convenient place to stop over for one night to work with your flights, it's fine. It's a little farther than the airport than we thought it would be but the shuttle was easy enough to use so that was helpful. Nothing was terrible, nothing was fantastic.

Drivers there are atrocious. It’s very far from Milan. The staff was super nice . The hotel is terribly overpriced and there is absolutely nothing to do in town. The hotel is in terrible disrepair. For instance our shower the water pressure and temperature we wildly inconsistent. You almost have to try to mess it up that badly. The other examples of the sad state are almost too numerous to list.

We enjoyed an ample-sized two-room suite on Piano 4 which was lovely except much time was required to cool down the room using the temperature controller. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. The scheduled airport shuttle was a definite plus; however it is crucial that the passengers reserve a shuttle departure time. It is possible to find a short nature walk nearby and a castello (20 minute walk). Hotel does offer self-service laundry but there is only one washing machine and one dryer.

The only issue I had with the property was when taking a shower the water would go from hot to cold and hot to cold. If that is fixed, the property would be a five.
