Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The wifi did not work, the lighting was user-unfriendly, and the A/C had problems. It took a staff person 3 hours to come and then fix things. We lost an entire afternoon waiting for service. This company is not set up to succeed. It calls itself a hotel but functions more like an Airbnb with no one around to manage property issues that may come up. I would not recommend this place. They didn’t make any offer to compensate us for the problems we had and the time loss it caused us. A real disappointment!
