This is the best hotel we had in our trip. The staff are not only friendly but very helpful and latter is utmost important. There is not fridge in our room but the front desk girl, Siria, always reminds us there is ice to take, which helped a lot for us to have a real "cold" Coke at any time we wish.

Great hotel close to Milano Centrale train station. Nice reception area with courteous and friendly service. Bedroom was a good size for family of 4. Beds were comfortable. Modern bathroom and excellent shower. Although, at first I thought it was so nice to have double vanity, I think a single sink with more counter space would have been better (but obviously this is just personal preference). Would definitely stay again.

Great base to explore

We stayed in an economy room next door to the main hotel. I expected it to be a lower standard but we were really impressed. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. The location is great as just over the road from Centrale Station so good for getting into the city centre and also getting trains to explore further, we went to Lake Como. There’s some nice restaurants close to the hotel.

Located within easy walking distance of the Milan Centrale train station and nearby metro stations. Friendly reception staff that allowed us to store our luggage after check-out so we could tour the city before our evening train. Great breakfast offering with lots of options. Would definitely stay here again.

Great rooms with very easy access to the train station and metro lines. East walk to bars in Porta Venezia area. Also easily walkable to Duomo (30-40 minutes).

Close to train station. The reason I gave it a 4 star was because our window handle fell off so we couldn’t open the window plus the air conditioner/fan would not work. A worker did come up and get the window open but we then had to jam the curtain in it to keep it from closing again. But the property was clean, they held our luggage for us, and the shower was amazing.

Amazing stay. Really lovely staff and helpful too. Left our bags with reception as we arrived early and got back to find they had put them in the room ready for us. Really spacious room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was a good variety and set us up for the day. No complaints and would happily stay again

We were originally put in the sconomy tower of the hotel based off our reservation. We slept there 1 night and experienced an issue. We brought it up to the attention of the front desk and they moved us into a new room in the main tower. They also provided a little compensation for the inconvenience. This hotel is minutes from Milano Centrale train station and walkable to tourist locations. Very nice staff.
