The 60-square-meter residence, inaugurated in March 2025, is located at Via Lamarmora 36, on the fourth and top floor of a historic building in the heart of Milan. The property, situated on the top floor with elevator access and a shared garden, consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa bed, a large double bedroom, hallway, and bathroom. Completely renovated and opened with great attention to detail and design, it overlooks Via Lamarmora and can accommodate up to four guests. The apartment is independent and comfortable, extremely bright and quiet, redesigned with care and furnished with antique parquet floors. I wanted to create a space that offers all the comforts of a modern home while preserving the charm of a period residence. The apartment also includes Wi-Fi, two 4K flat-screen TVs, a kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and a coffee machine with pods. The property is a 10-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo and 5 minutes on foot from the Courthouse, Ospedale Maggiore, and Clinica Mangiagalli. Just outside the building, you'll find tram line 16, while 100 meters away is the M3 (Yellow Line) “Crocetta” metro stop, and 150 meters away is the M4 (Blue Line) “Santa Sofia” stop, which connects directly to Linate Airport. At 100 meters, tram line 9 offers a direct 10-minute ride to Bocconi University. The area is the perfect starting point to explore Milan without a car, as it’s located in a historic neighborhood full of cafés, restaurants, traditional venues, two theaters within 200 meters, and what is considered the most beautiful cinema in Milan: the "Colosseo" movie theater.

If we needed something, whether it was a restaurant suggestion and reservation, suggestions as to what to visit in Milano, how to turn on an appliance whose mechanism eluded us, or even more supplies, he responded extremely promptly.
