Very pleasant , nice room , great shower , fantastic staff . The only problem was the room was far too hot and there’s no air conditioning. Only way to cool the room was to open the extremely large windows which allowed in a lot of noise through the night

The room (R5) is small and noisy (on ground floor, back of hotel near parking lot and lots of mechanical noise). The "bath towel" was so small that it could neither be used to dry your back nor fit around one's waist (I am not a fatty). Even though there are signs all around the room yelling about how eco-friendly you should, the bathroom amenities are in wasteful little plastic bottles. The hotel gym doesn't even have paper cups to drink water, the man at front desk said unapologetically that it was wasteful and bad for the environment. If you didn't bring a water bottle with you, you cannot drink water at the gym? That's a first! Bed (hard and thin, like a futon), pillows (thin, foam) and sheets (polyester?) make this a two star hotel at best. And one of those tiny corner showers that you cannot move in? Bright spot: breakfast was tasty and the small gym had nice new machines by Technogym.

Cleanliness was a big thing, also the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Wanted to eat outside for dinner, and though there was only inside dining, the staff happily went the extra mile to serve us on the outside, with no complaints, heavily recommend to stay here.

A lovely hotel and staff - I felt right at home.

I was on a solo birthday trip and stayed here. The staff were courteous and friendly. They are very accommodating. The room was very clean, the bathroom was very nice, towels and bathrobe all branded. Bar staff very good and accommodating. The location of the hotel us great, 15mins by tram to the QC spa and to the Cathedral.
