The apartment is OK. Not as spacious as it looks from the pictures, but still very OK.

La chambre ne correspondait pas avec les photos et il a été convenu d' annuler (chambre relouée le jour même par un tiers!) Mais aucun remboursement et plus aucune réponse de leur part depuis lors !! D'ou vol, arnaque, pratique commerciale déloyale et escroquerie, publicité mensongère, perte de temps et service client 0 pointé. J'exige mon remboursement sans quoi une plainte devra être déposée ! Jamais vu cela en 20ans de voyage !!! A fuir car ne vaut pas le prix de toute facon ! Scandaleux et extrêmement injuste. Le pire est sans doute de rester sans reponse pendant une semaine malgre de nombreuses relances (et perte de temps). J'avais du en plus trouver un autre hebergement en last minute. Bref honteux et pas du tout ptofessionnel !

On a croisé par hasard la dame chargée de l’accueil, heureusement car on cherchait l'entrée.
L'hébergement était propre et tout équipé. La salle de bain fonctionnelle et propre, la décoration sobre et élégante. Grand placard, beaucoup de rangement. Bon fonctionnement du chauffage. Accès sécurisé, résidence calme. Tramway à proximité. Métro un peu plus loin à 10 minutes à pieds. Parking sécurisé 20€/24h à proximité.
