Staff was friendly and helpful. Fast check-in. Hotel is in great location, across the street from Milano Centrale train station and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are great, clean, and quiet. Our only minor complain is the bed and pillows are too firm. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. Thank you NYX hotel!

Guest services was very attentive and helpful. Elevators were a little small and our room floor needed cleaning which we called and they did.
