This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is south facing with fantastic sea, pool and garden views. It’s only 100 meters to the shops and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Set in a well established complex with a beautiful tropical garden and one of the largest swimming pools in the area.



Inside the property it’s light, bright and spacious, and offers 2 large double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, as well as an open plan lounge / dining area with a south facing terrace. The property has 2 extra beds so can sleep up to 6 people. A nice apartment with air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi and cable TV (English, Scandinavian, sports and movie channels).



Oasis de Calahonda has a great location close to shops, restaurants, the beach and public transportation.



As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply bookings during the low and mid seasons. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.



Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).

A £30/€40 booking fee is payable on each booking.



Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €20 for a 1 bedroom property, €40 for a 2 bedroom property and €60 for a 3 bedroom property.



Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be due at the end of your stay or each month depending on the duration of your stay and taken from your damage deposit if not paid before.



Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
