The Space:

Welcome to this charming and cozy two-storey townhouse, perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The home offers a lovely sunny patio with direct private access to a large shared pool area, as well as tennis and basketball courts.



As you step through the gate, you’re welcomed by the beautiful white façade of the townhouse. Inside, to the left of the entrance, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with a coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer, and everything you need to prepare your meals. Just beside it is a convenient guest toilet.



Further in, the home opens into a warm and inviting living area designed for both comfort and socializing. There is a dining table for four, a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair, a decorative fireplace (not in use), and a TV. From the living room, you step out onto a cozy terrace with pleasant afternoon sun. The terrace features plants and an outdoor dining table for four — perfect for enjoying meals outside — and offers direct private access to the pool and sports facilities.



Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom features a double bed and a private balcony with sea views. The second bedroom includes one single bed and one queen-size bed, making it ideal for families or groups.



From this level, another staircase leads to your private rooftop terrace and laundry area, equipped with a washing machine — a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the open air.
