Facility was clean and nice. However, it is very new and seemed kind of sterile - no artwork on walls, vinyl flooring, no extra blankets. Construction was actively on-going. Nothing around the condos in the way of food and beverage, or any retail at all, Have to drive to get to any of this.

We have stayed at multiple places in Deer Valley and this one was by far the least impressive and not typical of Deer Valley standards. We booked a 2 bedroom condo for 5 people. When we arrived there were only 2 hot tub towels and 2 shower towels and NO bedding for the couch for the 5th person. When we went to the office to see about getting additional towels we were told to come back at 10AM the following day. We told them that we would be skiing at that time and could we just have some towels dropped off. The woman said that she would leave a note for housekeeping and have some delivered the next day. Unfortunately no towels were ever delivered during our stay. The unit is very spartan and could really use some towel and coat hooks, a dish towel for the kitchen, extra plates, and some artwork or decoration for the walls. Depending on where your unit is, there can also be quite a bit of highway noise that resulted in me wearing earplugs the last night. The pros of this place are that it is easy to access the Jordanelle Gondola, and we really appreciated that there is free on-site (non-valet) parking. The hot tub is small, but wasn't crowded as it seemed like a lot of the units weren't occupied. Despite the cons, we would probably stay here again since it is significantly cheaper than a lot of other properties in Deer Valley and still provides close access to the gondola.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pioche Village Park City as a couple traveling for 2 nights in ski season. The studio apartment we were given was updated, clean and well-stocked with kitchen materials. Great TV set-up! We really enjoyed the access to the ski gondola on the backside of Deer Valley + the hot tub after skiing. The onsite gym was great. The staff were very communicative via text on the check-in details (how to retrieve keys from the lockbox, what to expect once inside, etc.). I ranked it a 4/5 only because there were a couple of misses, which I chalk up to unclear property descriptions mismanaging our expectations. The Deer Valley gondola is adjacent to the property so technically it is ski-in/ski-out, but be warned the gondola is a rough 10m walk in ski boots downhill (uphill back). We drove over and were asked to park uphill and take the free shuttle down to the bottom (the deer valley parking staff explained how that works to us, and we feel the property should have shared that); upon return the free shuttle will bring you back to Pioche directly, but it does not pick up from Pioche (if this changed, this place would earn 5/5 stars). We stayed in the Baton building, which had its own well-stocked gym. The larger gym is in another building as is the yoga room and steam room; however it was unclear if my fob for Baton would access another building. A resident of Pioche Village told me the steam room wasn't working (another miss as that was a big draw for me).

Was a bit misleading to say this is “ski-in and ski-out” and slope side. Not quite so. There was no help with the “so called” shuttle schedule either. There was only a shuttle for employees and not a shuttle at all. We stayed 7nights and never saw room service. Had the same towels and had to ask for more coffee and shampoo, but was given body soap instead. We took our trash out ourselves. Really no information at all. Not what the description said. Overall the place was amazing. Super clean. Like new. It would be nice to have an extra blanket supplied since the bedding was quite thin. There is no food or shopping close by. Nothing to walk to. The lift that is close by is sort of a hike down a steepish curvy road if you want to ski at Deer Valley. We drove each day to Brighton. The hot tub is nice, but if there were a real capacity of this place, it would be a huge problem. There were very few people there the week we were there.

Misleading listing. The description claimed the property was “1 minute from Deer Valley Resort,” but in reality it was 15–20 minutes away. It’s located in the middle of nowhere, and even Uber/Lyft drivers struggled to find it. There is no staff onsite for help or support, which made the stay even more frustrating. Overall, very disappointing and not as advertised.

Receptionist in office was great. Very accommodating, presentable and kind. Asked for a balcony room and early check on and she provided no problem. Room was spotless and had everything you need. It's a start up operation i may be one of very few who have stayed here. The is immaculate including no blankets for the bed. It's late September at 7000 feet altitude. Highly suggest having blankets available in the closet. Fortunately i pulled an old blanket out my car i use for emergencies.
