This is a great example of the axiom "import the third world, get the third world". This hotel is run by Indians and given the cleanliness of the room, I felt like I was staying in a slum in Bombay, not in an American city. The floor was filthy, the bath towels had been left on top of the toilet, and it was only after I'd gotten in bed that I discovered that the sheets were dirty as well (by that point I was too exhausted to bother moving to the other bed). I picked this hotel because it was well rated. I'm now convinced that it's well-rated because the owners set up multiple sock puppet accounts and gave themselves an excess of good reviews to boost their ratings. Given that running scams is huge percentage of the Indian GDP and as integral a part of their culture as breathing, I'm not shocked that this hotel resorted to such underhanded business practices to get ahead as opposed to putting in the work and providing a good product/service for a fair price.

Do NOT book this place! We had a room reserved AND paid for, but when we arrived, after driving 12.5 hrs, a very rude woman told me "he overbooked ". Then she tells me they didn't have a reservation for me. After a couple of back and forth words, she called asking for another woman to come up there. That woman was even ruder than the first one. Even after I showed her my itinerary, she insisted they didn't have a reservation for me. It wasn't difficult to see why all this happened. The place was filled with construction workers at a higher price.

The room was dirty, there was bugs in the room and bed. no hair dryers no iron and the door was broken. there were no keys for the room since the door only locked from the inside. Other occupants hung around outside and talked until after 1am.

Warning: Stay Away!

Truthfully, this property should be condemned. Clearly, the owners have paid people to post favorable comments that are entirely false. I was duped by them, as I'm sure many others have been as well. In addition to the deceptive reviews, the owners are crafty with the photos they've chose to display on the web, hiding the true condition of the property and rooms--utterly terrible! I am not a picky person. I can sleep in just about any bed, and I don't have to have top-notch accommodations. Even for me, however, I deem this place unworthy of habitation. One egregious example: the sink in my room had remnants of shaving cream and male facial hair from shaving--a clear indication of a lack of cleaning. Likewise, the toilet seat was dirty, and I had to clean it before use, and the shower had not been cleaned, clearly. Safety is also an issue. Not judging the other patrons, but given the location, the room doors should be secure, at the very least, as with every motel. Mine was not. The door did not close completely, it didn't fit the frame, leaving significant openings on all four corners, and it also showed evidence of forced entry (by whom? who knows!). Also, if you're a sensitive sleeper, you will likely be awakened multiple times during the night because of running trains directly across the street. I could go on, but suffice to say that in short, there is absolutely NOTHING executive about this motel, and if you seek a standard stay, book elsewhere.

The room I stayed in was very comfortable. The owner is very accommodating. Safety is his main priority for his guests. A lot of people who stay here are working people who stay during the week. Very quiet during the evening. Highly recommend
