The room they rent (single/double bed) isn‘t located in those tiny homes from pic 1 in the ad. Still good. Keep in mind that you are close to the Interstate with traffic. Fair for the price.

Room was overheated when i arrived late (heater at 85) then after I finally got it cooled down and sat down on the bed the bottom fell out - the way the bed was built it would seem to be no way for someone to make the bed and not notice... Lady at desk was nice and helpful and sent me to another room which was also hot... The shower in this unit had a big ball of hair on the wall - was the shower even cleaned? No soaps either which was a bummer as I left my traveling kit and it was late...

Horrible!!!! Don’t book!!! First, false advertising! I thought this was a tiny house community, like the pictures in the ad, but they only show those outlier units. I was put in a super small room modular conversion. Here were the issues for unit 103: Unit too close to the road: constant traffic noise and trains all night, Unit’s exterior light did not work, so it was difficult to see key pad, Unit’s bathroom door didn’t lock, Unit’s entry door did not lock automatically and I was not sure how to lock it at 6am, Unit’s water pressure was nonexistent, Unit’s cold shower only, Unit’s shower rig was unraveling-totally disgusting, Guest’s laundry room was extremely dirty, Three of the six dryers were inoperable, Washer had a trickle of water so clothes didn’t wash, Puddles of water everywhere. No desk lamp in unit, which made it difficult to work. Cheap fold-up chair for seating, Unit’s microwave was unclean, Washcloth had something pink on it so when you go to wrung out the cold water the water from it was pink, Unit’s bed was old, unloved, and crappy. Don’t even think about getting a good night sleep. This place should be condemned!!!! Absolutely horrible living conditions.

This place is actually kind of a neat set-up. A series of small little moto-lodging huts, but each with their own individual bathrooms (NO community/ shared baths!) It's pretty new, can't be more than a few years old. Very clean linens and bedspread, rustic look (a lot of interior wood). There's a water heater under the sink that heats the water and shower together. All the accessories of a standard hotel room - except there's no soap or shampoo whatsoever, so bring your own!!.Very quiet because of the way it's designed, you cannot hear the person next to you at all. Well worth the $60 I paid for (1) night there!! (Major_USMC)
