Check in was easy and great. However, there were many other issues. The pool was green, hot tub didn't have any water, went into fitness room and it stunk and was like a sauna - hot, muggy and a/c did not work. Not to mention the room we were in had knats AND mesquitos in it! I woke up to check on my 8 month old to find 3 mesquistos feasting on her. I had to put the baby mesquito repellant on her just to keep them off...and I didn't sleep well because I kept getting up to check on her to ensure her blood wasn't being sucked dry. Our room door wouldn't shut right - we had to forcefully push the door just to get it to latch/lock. Breakfast tasted like it was left overs from day before and eggs were tough and rubbery. Mentioning bugs...there was also honey bees in the breakfast lobby area that kepts trying to get on us and our food. The big windows in the lobby was full of alive and dead bees. I have never stayed in such a run down hotel that was same pricing at the other nice ones I've stayed in. Very disappointed and we will NOT be staying at this hotel ever again.

The highway is noisy if your room faces it. Did not like the plastic covers on the mattresses. Shower needed some help. Friendly and accommodating staff. Decent breakfast. Hotel itself was quiet.

Hotel staff was rude as heck. Honestly I had a feeling it may have been because of the color of our skin. We had family staying there as well and they were not met with the same rude demeanor. I believe it was a morning manger. Pool was DISGUSTING totally unusable. Our room also wasn’t even clean especially the bathroom. It had hair all over the floor and shower.

The AC was terrible. The room was alternately hot and cold and consistently very humid. The carpet was so dirty it turned everything black that we set on it. The bathroom was moldy.

The breakfast lady named Amy was fantastic. The whole breakfast setup was wonderful. Very clean, stocked and fresh! Our beds were comfortable and the blankets were perfect. Had a little weight to them but breathable and soft which is what I prefer. The pool looked rough so we didn’t go swimming. Other than that, it was an overall great stay!

The location was great. Definitely needs an upgrade/refresh. The pool was filthy, toilet was stained. But the beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

Curtains were two feet too short for the windows on either side of A/C. Had to block them with our suitcases. Tap water was brown but they did provide bottled water. Room and staff were nice otherwise.
