"It's nice and seems pretty clean. I appreciate the covid measures.
The lady working the front desk the night of 8/7/21 was awful. We were playing cards in the common dining area. Quiet, just like we were the night before. She runs us off due to "noise complaints". First is was complaints the night before. Maybe, but couldn't have been when we were down there. Then her story changed to complaints tonight. That was odd, since we came in a 9:00 there was only a man reading. Then she proceeds to tell us that it closes for quiet time at 10:00 anyway. I find that hard to believe since there are no signs indicating that. There are half a million signs in this hotel if there is one. Yet somehow this is the missing sign. Both nights we were in there with other people and no one was loud, just normal conversation. And there is only one room that could be affected by this. I found her to be very unpleasant and not truthful. And she's running around with her mask down on her chin. Come on."
