GREAT GYM, POOL, JACUZZI, COFFEE SHOP IN THE PREMISES. GREAT RESIDENTIAL LOCATION, WALKING DISTANCE TO SHOPPING AND FINE RESTAURANTS. BUILDING CHARGES A $40 ONE TIME REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE GROUP.
