Cozy Suite With Private Entrance Near Dolphin Mall & Airport

The suite has its own private entrance and AC unit. There is a bathroom with a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There will also be towels included as well as a blanket and a clothes iron and ironing board. There is also a space for food preparation, although we DO NOT provide a stove, there is a mini fridge, microwave, plates, cups and utensils. There are hangers in the closet. There is a Smart TV in the room. The space overall is neat. NO SMOKING in the room!

Terrible
The room was dirty, outdated and had safety issues. Upon arrival, looking at pillows I found hairs and then looking at the sheets they were covered with hairs. Getting a response from host was almost non-existent prior to stay and took two days for one reply. I got no response to another message. There wasn't enough towles or dishes for two. No silverware at all. Broken light bulb with the electrical component's sicking out. And yes, it still lit up, so it was electrified. Electrical outlets not in the wall. Barely could sit on toilet because knees were in the wall. Shower had holes and giant cracks in it. The whole place is in great need of a remodel and brought up to code. I wish this allowed photos to be added. The listing says it has a hot tub as an amenity but there is no hot tub. It doesn't list a coffee maker is available, but what place doesnt offer a coffee maker of some sort? Chickens running around. Shed with all kinds of junk around it.

Did not stay
Got to the property the night of and wasn’t able to check in, call the property owner multiple times and did not get an answer back till the next day. We had to book a hotel and rearrange our stayings. I ended up paying triple the amount I would because I had to book a hotel at 10:00-10:30 at night. I then asked the property owner if they are willing to issue a refund and they have t responded to me yet.
