Public transportation, as well as rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, are readily available in the area, making it simple to explore the city with ease.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.



Guests must complete the pre-registration process prior to arrival, including submitting a valid government-issued ID as required by the building.



This is a private residence located within a residential building and is not a hotel. Hotel-style services are not included.



Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.



Quiet hours must be respected. Parties and events are not allowed.



Valet parking is available on-site at the following rates:



1 hour: 17.66 USD

2 hours: 23.54 USD

3 hours: 35.31 USD

10 hours: 47.08 USD

24 hours or overnight: 58.85 USD



An alternative parking garage is located approximately two blocks from the building at 644 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL. The rate is approximately 38 USD per night plus taxes.



Access to building amenities is subject to availability and building rules.



The FOB is located inside the unit. An 80 USD replacement fee will apply if it is lost.



Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A 500 USD fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the property.



A Pack n Play travel crib is available upon request for 25 USD per stay.
