Great location in Historic Centro, room was clean, comfortable bed so no complaints. The breakfast at the hotel was very good but many nearby restaurants to choose from. We would recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, excellent location and excellent staff. The rooms were more than what we expected, and very clean. Comfy beds and pillows. The staff are fantastic and honest workers. We had an issue with our door not closing and the staff looked after our things so our plans were not ruined while it got fixed. Very honest people. I rate this hotel 10/10. I will come here with my family again and spread the word without a doubt.

It’s a beautiful hotel with big spacious rooms, high ceilings and impeccable design. Beds are very very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and great shower and water pressure. Impeccable clean. Great location close to everything and I mean everything. A block from multiple museums, Bellas Artes is just half a block away. I arrived at 8am and had to wait until 3pm, was a little disappointed that they didn’t provide my VIP early check in. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay here again. Didn’t go to the restaurant.

Upon arriving I was impressed but throughout the stay I was disappointed and will not be returning sadly. I didn’t have WiFi for two days in the hotel. Additionally my room wasn’t cleaned for three days.After bringing up the issues, Several staff members were rude and unwelcoming. Upon bringing up issues staff member explained it wasn’t his problem and he didn’t know what to say. Finally after days of the room not being cleaned, the day it was “cleaned” I noticed that No clean towels were given and they just folded the old towels to make it look like it was cleaned as well as the bedsheets. To top it all off, they tried to charge me for towels that had washable color on them and explained that they had to use a special detergent to clean. I was highly disappointed in the state as I paid a full price for service that was beyond disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel.
