My stay Bella Artes was great! Everything was within walking distance — from shopping and restaurants to many museums and beautiful churches. It was also conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to get around.

An extremely honest review on our stay. The room and bathroom were clean. The only thing about the room (queen suite) is that they don’t specify that the windows in the room lead to nothing so basically they’re no windows, it’s a closed room with just a door. Another thing transportation, the hotel has 24hrs shuttle service which was one of the things that convinced us to stay here. However, when we arrived we received a message with our drivers contact information we proceeded to call him and he related plans have changed and one of his drivers is picking us up. We got in contact with the new driver to which he related he was 15min away. He then calls us back and changes the driver once again. We’re at the airport for an hour waiting for the driver to finally arrive. I then paid the service in cash since I was told that is the only form of payment they accept for the transportation. I then pay upfront for a to and from shuttle service.Now once we’re leaving I requested the shuttle service again and they proceeded to tell me I have to pay again to which I stated I have already paid. I spoke to the manager and throughout the conversation he was giving me attitude and continued to say if I want the shuttle service I would have to pay again. I decided to to get my own transportation to the airport and when I was checking off they proceeded to ask me if they should cancel the shuttle service they had for us when my uber was already outside waiting for us.

Convenient location, clean, recently remodeled, fairly quiet. Ate breakfast at in house restaurant once - it was okay, but not that great. On subsequent days during our week long stay we had breakfast elsewhere which we enjoyed more.

The hotel is very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. My only issue is that the junior suites have a glass door that splits the suite in half. The half of the suite where the bed is located has climate control and the other side of the suite does not. I found the room to be a little too warm at night.
