Beautiful just a minor issue

The hotel was beautiful and very centrally located. The ammenities were great and over all an excellent stay. My only complaint is that the AC in the room where my elderly parents were staying was not working. It was a very hot weekend during our stay with temperatures in the high 80s into 90s. We let staff and maintenance know the same day we arrived, they sent someone to check and said it was working fine. Even though the AC was set at 60f, it didn't cool at all. Informed the staff again the next day and they continously told us the AC was already checked and working. By the third day we told them again and asked they check it again but were told it was functioning, even though clearly it was not. I asked to have my parents moved to a different room but was told no because the AC was fine. The entire stay, that room felt like it was a sauna. Other than that, everything was great.

I couldn’t even step inside the property because when I arrived, the hotel was abandoned. No staff at all. Locked gates. I asked the restaurant next door if I was at the wrong street or wrong entry for the hotel and they said, “This is the right address, but this hotel hasn’t been in service for a long time.” I tried calling the number listed on Expedia and the got got dropped. Expedia customer service couldn’t do anything at the moment, so I looked for another hotel as I was standing with my luggage on the street.

Me gusto mucho en general el hotel, cuenta con muchos lugares cercanos, entre ellos el Zócalo y Palacio bellas artes, de igual forma hay muchas tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes cercanos, la limpieza me dejo un poco que desear, habia lugares con polvo al momento de llegar, en cuanto a amenidades solo el tema de que reserve para 4 personas y solo dejaron insumos para dos personas, la señorita del check in muy amable, me explico lo necesario, respuesta rapida, check out con mucha rapidez.

El Servicio es excelente, la habitación en la que me quedé muy limpia y el hotel en general es muy limpio, tiene un aroma siempre como a perfume muy rico y agradable además tiene muchos restaurantes al rededor y el transporte también es accesible hay varias estaciones del metro cerca, sin duda lo recomiendo
