The building itself was in poor repair. Drywall missing in lobby, extension cords showing as well. Lower trim strip on bathroom mirror was missing, caulk missing in tub and water shot sideways from bathroom sink. I was shocked to only see like 15 cars in parking lot, and it's located next door to a Harrah's Casino. As for cleanliness, everything smelled great, but their were some questionable white stains on carpet between beds, on dark maroon curtains, on on lamp shades. On the plus side, I have to admit, they had great water pressure for a hotel!!!! It was a very peaceful, albeit too short of a stay. The doors had a deadbolt as well as safety hook latch on top. The in room safe appeared rusty and without a key. The pool and hot tub was open, and looked wonderfully inviting and clean, but my stay was cut short and I wasn't able to partake. :( Not serving breakfast as it showed online, but this is due to covid. Desk staff was SUPER friendly and VERY helpful which was greatly appreciated!!! All in all, wasn't a bad stay at all, but it was a bit run down. I'd give it a solid 3.5, maybe 4 stars.

The price was right so I booked it. Unfortunately it wad infested with bedbugs, ice machine was broke in all the buildings so you had to go to front desk to get bagged ice. Staff was alright. Housekerping was out of supplies everytime asked for things. My jacuzxi was filthy and I wrnt out tk get bleach to clean it myself. Rokm spellex of musk and mildew. Upkn checking out yesterday, the computer was down and manager was ofc duty. Ths poir countef help caught my wrath and was to have manager send me an invoice and call. NOT A WORD YET!😡

The staff were awesome on the night of check in but the morning staff were less than friendly and I had to go search for the front desk person and found her outside smoking with a co-worker! The pool and hot tub were closed which was my entire reason for choosing this location. They upgraded my room to a suite with hot tub but charged me for it. I tried to order from Dominoes and 2 1/2 hours later gave up and ran to Sonic to pick up some dinner which was nasty. The entire experience was unpleasant and I would not recommend this hotel.

Out of 120 rooms, with maybe 5 cars in the lot when we arrived around 5:30, we were given a second floor room. Why? Clerk said ALL THE FIRST FLOOR ROOMS WERE DIRTY! My husband and I both have problems with stairs...no elevators. Paid $20 extra for our 10 lb Yorkie yet had to walk down the hall and downstairs to take him out. Pool was closed for repairs. No ice machines in the whole facility! Rain storm this morning so further inconvenienced! Room was ok. Bed was good. But overall, a frustrating experience for which we paid $58 plus $20 for dog!

Over booked under staffed the carpet was filthy.

The staff that served the food was pleasant the hotel attendant was not helpful or accommodating. We checked in around 9pm there was a line people's room cards were not working after several new cards were given people were turned away because the hotel was over booked and there was no explanation another customer actually explained to me what was going on because the same thing happened to them last year. The carpet was filthy I have a young daughter who Carrys a teddy bear it hit the floor and it concerned me a lot because it actually had black stuff which was on my feet from walking acrossed it yuk! Our room cards did not work either. The power went out and I got no receipt I had to ask the attendant to fill out a blank registeration to prove I checked out.

Need better management

Booked the room online, got there and checked in fine, got to our room and it already had someone else's bags in it. Apparently, one of the maids told the lady running the front and she didn't change it.

Hotel still under construction from floods.

Cons: Nothing close, Poor breakfast
Only second floor rooms available - no elevator Rooms were clean but well worn. No ice machine available. No curtains or drapes on the windows, only venetian blinds which were inadequate in keeping outside lights and noise away. Staff didn't seem to care whether we stayed or not. Continental breakfast was a joke!!! Coffee and donuts only. No juices, cereal, breads, or fruits that all other hotels have available. Not a good experience. Other guests agreed with me. Don't recommend unless many changes are made, including staff. Only place close enough to eat was a Harrah's Casino
