Welcome to KEREOLE, a studio located on the 1st floor of a small 3-story building (no elevator), in the heart of the village of Mesquer/Quimiac (restaurants and shops on site), 200 m from the beach, 10 km from Guérande and 17 km from La Baule. Numerous hiking trails and shellfish gathering are available on site... the ideal place to enjoy all leisure activities and services within walking distance!
16 m² covered west-facing balcony with garden furniture and deck chairs. Private parking and shared bike storage.
27 m² living area with kitchenette/lounge/dining room (120x190 sofa bed) and sleeping area (160x200 bed that can be converted into two 80x200 beds) and shower room/toilet.
Additional amenities: crib/high chair.
Included: Electricity, electric heating, and bed linens (beds made upon arrival).
Not included: Towels, tourist tax, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Option to visit the owners' dairy farm located in Guérande.
