I was impressed with how helpful housekeeping was in helping me with my laundry. The guest dryer was out of order, and after I verified that, they offered me the use of housekeeping’s laundry area to dry my clothes after I washed them in the guest washer. Although I had to wait until they had finished washing and drying sheets and towels. So I thought they were very kind.

Very clean room. Stayed in a king suite. Spacious, excellent house keeping, kept the bed made, trash taken and towels refreshed each day. Front desk staff could not have been nicer. The pool is ok. It is covered (indoor), but not heated. It is suitable on a hot summer day, but not luxury. There is a breakfast provided, but 3 stars at most. Edible, but it's minimal. The property itself is very clean and it's in a good location compared to interstate and main retail areas in the city.

We were in room 102. The hotel itself was very clean and inviting. The room was nice and clean upon our arrival. The beds were very comfortable and the ac was nice and cold. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The pool area is not indoors per se, but it is in an atrium which is quite hot during the day. The water for both the pool and the hot tub were a little cloudy but other than that, it was very relaxing. The breakfast was small but nice and the lady running things did a great job of keeping everything stocked. They had scrambled eggs, sausages, and boiled eggs. They also had fresh fruits, yogurt, cereal, toast, and packaged pastries as well as a waffle maker. The breakfast area is nice and big. They had a nice fitness room also. The only negative thing i can say is that there were a lot of people just hanging out in the parking lot around 10pm which was a little uncomfortable for my family. Overall though, it was a very nice stay.
