Me pareció de muy mal gusto que la aplicación ofreciera la posibilidad de pagar antes de llegar pero el hotel no lo respete. Pagué antes porque no era yo quien me iba a hospedar, cuando mi familiar llegó allá le dijeron que no estaba pagada y el que atendió fue muy grosero. A media noche mi familiar tuvo que movilizarle para conseguir el dinero pues en ese momento no contaba con los medios para pagar. Si tienen esa opción de pagar antes la propiedad lo debería de respetar. De haber sabido que no, hubiera elegido otro hotel que si haga el cargo desde antes.

No se puede dormir por la madrugada por las cortin

El hotel esta medianamente bien, lo malo y muy malo para mi son las cortinas, no son blackout y dejan pasar el 100% de la luz, por lo que son las 5:45 am y ya empieza a entrar la luz y no deja dormir, y lo segundo mal en el hotel, es que no tiene smart tv, ni siquiera canales de cable, solo tiene lls canales locales de la ciudad, en realidad solo es un hotel para llegar y dormir

No tenían cobertores. Aunque es una zona de calor en invierno si llega a hacer frío en la noche. Solo dan una llave por cuarto. No tiene restaurante; podrían tener una cocineta aunque sea para dar servicio de un desayuno continental; café, fruta y pan. El hotel está nuevecito y muy agradable, excelente ubicación, excelente trato, a un precio muy accesible.
