was a little annoy the front desk was rude and and when I used translation to talk with my phone she was even more annoyed then I got into my room the floor was dirty and dusty the sheets where old and had stains on them there was a Bolt sticking out of the floor which I stepped on the Shower only had 1 sliding door so when I had a shower everything got wet I was hoping for fresh beds every day and also new water and fresh supplies for the shower but never got any of that

The hotel is well located, right in from the of the bus terminal and walkable distance to the main centre of the city. The room was nice and clean, however the AC does not work properly, after sometime it starts making very annoying noises and stops cooling. Staff are really friendly and helpful, they allowed me to store my bags before the check in time, since I have to go for an appointment at the US consulate. I'll be considering booking this hotel in the future.

Ok for a one night stay. Conveniently located across from Ado terminal and many restaurants, plaza, cathedral. Had basic room which was very small especially the bathroom. Toilet smelled of urine. Good water pressure & hot water. AC was well cold and wifi and tv worked fine. Designated smoking area was out front on sidewalk. Exterior was very dirty and smelly

Best to try somewhere else

A very cheap and uncomfortable hotel. Don't have your expectations high and you'll survive. The worst part about it was the mattresses. Out of 20+ years of traveling, they were in the top 5 for the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on. The room is not big and there is no room to put anything. The water that comes out of the faucet and shower is disgusting. If you need a decent place to sleep overnight, this will get you by, but I would not stay here again.

The staff plays loud music while cleaning rooms and from the foyer area and the staff are inconsiderate and rude. There is no one to report the noise they make by talking loud in the hallways and slamming doors while cleaning. It was a horrible experience and I will never stay there again.
