Staff was friendly However there was not 24 hr front desk we called and woke up a staff to let us in The room was not ready for us stain on bed sheet No toilet paper No towels Water did not work properly in shower Toilet did not flush properly, pipe in bathrokm was leaking. No wifi provided

I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. It’s not the end of the world I just don’t get how it’s difficult to arrange transport
