"We stayed in a Villa. The key to our doors worked only sometimes. One night it was after hours, and the key would not work and there was no one working the front desk. Luckly the back door was unlocked, or we would not have been able to get in. The Villa was poorly cleaned. We found chicken bones, cups and toys in the bedrooms. My son stayed in a cabin and he had mice. We have videos of mice running in and out his food on the counters. When asked to speak to a manager he/she would not come out to speak to us. The same manager called the police. Nothing but kids working. Poor management."

"Upon arrival, the signage to the property was well lit, and welcoming. The parking lot was marked well, and well lit. The front desk, and lobby area appeared to be clean and welcoming. I was assigned a first floor room. Upon arrival to the room I noticed it wasn't as clean as I would have liked, but was not worth a fuss. The bathroom had a pretty definite sewer gas smell that would not go away. I turned on the fan and let it run the whole time. The room was not the cleanest, but appeared to have clean towels and linens. The pool area was the same, not the best, but acceptable. The front desk lady was very nice, and very busy with check ins, and there was severe weather in the area she was attending to. I didnt get around much more of the property. Was fine, just could use some attention to detail."
