The room was huge! Nicely updated. Easy check in and friendly staff. So convenient to the airport. Only issue was the silicone in the shower needs to be replaced. Comfortable beds and very dark room.

I have stayed at the property many times and have been quite happy; however, last night, my room unfortunately smelled of cigarette smoke. I think the ashtray box on the wall outside was the problem, and the wind/draft around the door allowed the smell inside. I'll hope for a better room next time.

Awesome hotel near Melbourne Airport

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that we would happily stay again. We are already looking at how we include a stay on future visits to Melbourne. The hotel shuttle bus from the airport is a very efficient service - just called the hotel and the little bus turned up about 10-15mins later in the peak hour. Very good! The nice driver even insisted that he load/unload the bags. Check in was simple and quick and the lady on reception was very helpful and welcoming. We even got a room upgrade - score! The room was very spacious and newly renovated. The bathroom was clean and well arranged and, unlike other places, the shower screen actually worked and stopped the water escaping the recess. The hotel bar was quite good but the restaurant was the real find - great food (our Parmas were huge & tasty - $25!!) and very reasonably priced (bottle of lovely Shiraz $22!!). This is great hotel and would recommend.
