Excellent customer service and very clean rooms with daily housekeeping. I’d definitely stay again if I'm in Melbourne and in the area. Conveniently located near local grocery stores, ethnic cafés, fish and chip shops, and other fast food options. Washing and dryer machines were handy (low costs) motel provided washing powder. I travelled with my young daughter & the experience was great. The convenience of having a dining option at the was great. The room was clean & had everything we needed. The car parking was close to the rooms. The best part was the customer service from booking to checking out. They were all very accommodating, polite & helpful. Would highly recommend.

The decor may be dated, but it has been cared for maintained well, is clean, tidy, with ample space and quiet despite its location. And the meals in the bistro better than pub food, so good I didn't want to venture out but was keen for the next meal.
