The property was not as it had been promoted online. Room service was the worst quality, our bed was not done properly at all, noticed stains on our duvet and when asked to have it changed we were told it was normal to have stains on the duvet. The floors were never swept either. The spa was out of service, the pool was not heated and the bar was only there for show and was never functional. When we asked for hotel slippers we were told it was only for executive suite guests only.

The room was very clean and had all the appliances you would need for an aparthotel. The location is also great as it's 2-3 minutes from bus and tram stops. The surrounding area is also great for walking, shopping and dining.

Veriu Collingwood presents fantastic modern styled apartment accomodation options for those visiting on holiday or for business, that’s conveniently located to everything, great food, cafes, bars and shops including supermarkets and chemists also close-by. The rooftop pool area is an amazing way to wind down and appreciate the suburbs scenery. We love meeting the apartment owners with their pets in the lobby and look forward to our returned stays.
