Fully equipped apartment hotel, hi-tech elevators for your security. Nice lobby lounge. High speed internet. A small gym on site but a big gym just down the street if you're a gym rat. Heated decent size pool on the roof top. Very friendly and helpful staff. Barista coffee available at the front desk. I don't have anything negative to say.

The reception staff were excellent with their communication and allowed us early check in, much appreciated thank you. The rooms were quite dark and floors needed a good scrub but the bathroom was clean. Easy to use the nearby buses and trams.

Property was lovely, clean, well presented, nice aroma throughout. The outdoor area Adjacent from the room feels a little enclosed and boxed in which I felt was the only let down but overall, nice stay and place. Staff were accommodating. Reasonable pricing. Good location in collingwood.

Amazing central spot for getting out and exploring Melbourne, close to tram, bus and just metres from good food and drink! Check out Runner Up, A Coffee, To be frank bakery... list could go on forever. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. However I would say the bed wasnt very comfortable and the soundproofing could be improved, if you have neighbours having a lil party you'll hear them. Overall good value spot to sleep for a few nights.

The Veriu Collingwood is a clean comfortable hotel. We had an extended stay and our housekeeping staff led by Gel always made sure that our room was taken care of and our needs were met. We enjoyed some outstanding restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The transportation system into the Melbourne central business district was easy to navigate and efficient. We definitely used the laundry machine included inside our room. We would definitely stay at this location again on a future visit to Melbourne.

Not what we booked!

The room we were provided was not what we booked. When this was questioned with staff they would not accept responsibility for the mistake. Whilst we were given a replacement room it still did not meet all expectations and our stay was not as planned and we left disappointed.

Had a full kitchen with a small table and two small seats to eat, but there was no other seating so you had to sit on the bed or on one of the dining seats. Less kitchen and a small sofa eould be better. The rest of hhe room was good......se did have a small private patio. The staff where friendly. We would stay there again.
