The property did not have the kitchen as shown in the photo. This is what we had expected. We did not expect to go out in the cold driveway to use an old microwave that doesnt work well. There was no room for clothes so we had to live out of the suitcases. Microwave should be in the room

Close to where I needed to be, with trams close by, this was a great spot for a quick overnighter in Melbourne without the frills. The bathroom was renovated, and it was clean and everything worked. Excellent value for the price.

Its easy to get too, (we travel from county Vic) its conveniently close to Royal Childrens Hospital. (thats why we stay there, and have done multiple times) Its clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. Its basic, but its perfect for when you just need a bed and a shower and a cuppa. We will keep staying here whilst we have appointments at the hospital 🙂
