It's in a great location, excellent parking and acceptable room facilities. It's just the beds are hard and cheap feeling. Honestly that's all it would take to go from 3 to 5 stars.

First time staying here. Nice lady on reception. Rooms good size. Bed comfortable. Good size bathroom. Table and chairs, couch, ironing board, hangers in wardrobe. Lots of bench space. A bit of wear and tear evident but everything worked. Lots of parking. Overall very happy with our stay and would certainly stay here again.
