Great spot for an overnighted as long as you are away from Elizabeth street rooms are not sound proof to street noise

I stayed at 718, the sink blocked, the AC is not working and we moved to 618 , the sink not blocked but the AC is out of order as well and at the same time I meet other guest complaining that the AC is not working

To be honest the whole experience was terrible both our room and my friends had no air conditioner room was dirty friends room smelt we were offered a refund to vacate which was notpossible as we had dinner booked and a show so we had to stay we had no choice we wanted at least 50 off our stay which we were told no do yourself a favour don’t stay there no help at all very dissatisfied

Aircon didn’t work on 32C degree day. King bed was two single mattresses pushed together, which was hard in the middle. Shower pressure was horrible, water wouldn’t heat and was sporadic with temperature. Entering the building is hit and miss as sometimes the keycard would not open the door.

Pleasantly surprised by our stay at Urban Apartments. Great shopping options - Emporium, QV and Melbourne Central all within a block or so. Great facilities for a generous price - studio apartment with washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooking facilities for $145/night. In the heart of Melbourne in free tram zone. Will happily stay again
