Room smaller than in photos and overpriced for what we got $300 per/n. Staff were not professional. Amenities such as pool advertised, but staff stated it wasn’t open to public due to duck faeces and have not cleaned it. When went to have a look at pool, it was pretty gross. Then I saw people swim in it, so very confused. Very far from hot springs and Mornington where all the shops are. Was a last minute booking which I regret. Won’t come back, and don’t recommend.

A fantastic stay. Really well laid out room, clean and up to date appliances. Great set-up. Would highly recommend the Toscano restaurant attached to the hotel as well.

A very welcoming and comfortable room which was easily accessible supported by an after hours lock box access to the room key. Bus transport was convenient and walking distance to shops. Room was clean and included complimentary coffee and milk. While I didn't drive, there was plenty of on site parking.

Property was far enough from main road to not hear the traffic. Room was comfortable, large and comfortable bed. Carpet had many marks on it. The owners have done a lot with this motel. Plantation shutters give a lovely fresh appearance. Grounds are beautiful too with pristine pool. Restaurant on site, disappointing and pricey. Lasagne and carbonara served alone on plate. $30 for a lasagne, would not recommend this restaurant.
