This 4-bedroom, 3 living, single-level private coastal beauty defined by indoor-outdoor living epitomises chic. A gourmet kitchen that will leave no chef wanting leading onto the expansive deck overlooking a stunning salt-water, solar-heated pool.
Note: The solar heated pool relies on the heat from the sun to warm the water. During the cooler months, the pool water will not be warm. We recommend planning your swim times accordingly or enjoying a refreshing cold water swim!
Let the north-facing sun shine in via floor to ceiling bi-fold doors or recline by the poolside, the kids will love the rear yard offering ample room for ball games or the likes of hide and seek or escape to the second living area/media room
This four-bedroom oasis, which boasts timber floors in the main areas and carpet in the sleeping quarters, has four bedrooms, sleeps eight and has the potential to accommodate one or two families or large group of friends
