Very modern, clean and well furnished apartment in a convenient location to many parts of Melbourne and trams. Building has great amenities including gym, pool, spa pool (great views) and onsite grocery and liquor stores. Max, the host, is very responsive and his mother lives in the building which made key pickup and access very easy. In a luxury complex with two 50 story buildings. Not a compliant but two notes for future renters — the third bedroom is essentially a den/office with a couch that unfolds into a futon. Good for a child or single adult but hard to imagine a third couple in there especially with no closets or furniture other than then bed. It was fine for our group of 5. Would be nice to have a Nespresso or something other than instant coffee Nescafé too. All in all, a fantastic stay and highly recommended — it even came with a bottle of wine and a nice assortment of snacks pre-stocked.
