Self contained accommodation on picturesque Yarra Valley farmland with stunning mountain views. Secluded and comfortable. The property features a spacious living area, swimming pool and outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and tennis court.

We offer self contained accommodation in a beautiful rural setting. Enjoy uninterrupted views over farmland and mountain ranges. Wander through the property and enjoy the clean, fresh country air. Langbrook Estate features a cattle stud and a vineyard. There is plenty of room for children to run around. The Cottage features 2 large bedrooms, with a single trundle bed available if required. The spacious living area includes a billiard table, cosy wood fire and big screen television with dvd player. Free limited wireless internet access is provided. A continental breakfast is included in the tariff. Enjoy the swimming pool and outdoor entertaining and BBQ area. Please note that these facilities are shared. We also offer accommodation in our beautifully appointed one bedroom Vista Apartments (see separate listing).

Your host, Tonia Atkins lives on the other side of the property just 5 minutes away. Ingrid and Graham Smith live in the main homestead on the property, and are also happy to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

The picturesque location of rolling hills and farmland with a backdrop of mountain ranges and state forest. We also love the close proximity to award winning wineries and restaurants. Visitors love escaping to this area to "get away from it all".

Langbrook Estate is located a short 5 minute drive from Yarra Junction township, which features restaurants, banks, a postoffice and supermarket.

Langbrook Estate is located 10 minutes drive from the tourist township of Warburton. Visit local Yarra Valley wineries and restaurants. The nearby Warburton Trail is a very popular track used by locals and visitors alike for bike riding and walking. Visit Healesville Sanctuary, a 25 minute drive away, to view and learn about our Australian native wildlife.
While there is strictly no smoking indoors, guests are welcome to smoke outdoors and use the ashtrays provided.

Langbrook estate cottage

We stayed at the cottage here, a nice peaceful relaxed week away from the hustle of life. Whether it was sitting by the pool, going for a swim, playing billiards, or just having a cup of tea under the verandah looking toward the mountains - it was just what was needed. Would happily stay there again - thanks to Tonia for a pleasant experience!!!

Perfect Stay

Wow! We had such a wonderful experience at Langbrook Estate. Serene and peaceful surrounding with a marvellous view of the valley and mountains. Interior is cozy and emits warmth. The pool table, swimming pool and tennis court kept us occupied while we were at the accommodation. Other times we were out exploring the nearby places like the cherry picking, chocolatier and animal sanctuary. Good location. Tonia, the host was also easy to communicate with. She even stocked the fridge with breakfast essentials like cereals, bread and milk. Kitchen was well-equipped with electrical appliances and crockery. Enjoyed myself cooking for my family. Cottage with the mountain views

Our stay at The Cottage was absolute serenity with the most peaceful surroundings and amazing mountain views at all sides! A very cool cosy vibe inside this place, it has real character from the brick walls and the decor to the pitched beam ceiling. All rooms are spacious and natural light filled in the day. The living area has both a wood burning fireplace and split heating system and there is a pool table to entertain. The gated outdoor pool area is a few metres from the front door step with a private table area in full view of the pool. There's access to walk the back lanes of the cattle farm and take in all the views too. The hostess was most welcoming, stocked the fridge with a few surprises and happily assisted with any queries during our stay and good local tips. Location is easy being a quick 5 minute drive down the road to the main street of Yarra junction, also where you'll find Woolworths supermarket. Certainly a great central point this stay was with plenty of activities within a short drive and around the surrounding areas from dinning out, trail walks, waterfalls, winery visits, trout farms, snow trips and puffing billy just to name a few. Happy to have found this gem in country Victoria.
