We really enjoyed our staycation in the city with this wonderful new hotel. The location was amazing, and made exploring the city really easy with everything on your doorstep. Excellent service from the start bring shown for outside where the hotel entrance was. Got early check in with IHG membership. Very friendly staff at reception that were interested in what we were doing in the city. Room very clean, neat, very quiet (heard no street noise at all) different pillow type choices were a bonus. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely stay again
