Lumina Suites is within the free tram zone and a 15 minute walk from the SkyBus stop in Southern Cross Station which is next to a huge outlet shopping centre. It was easy to get anywhere by public transport with a bus stop almost immediately out the front and short walks to tram stops. Our apartment was well equipped and comfortable and we especially enjoyed the indoor pool.

Outstanding staff make it special

An outstanding stay! While the apartments are on the outskirts of the city they are so worth the extra five mins walk to things. So much space and room, great views, great amenities. We had an issue with our first room, air con not working and Danielle at reception was outstanding to move us without any issue. When she found out why we were staying she kept checking in, and was so genuine and caring. She made the trip for us! A great place to stay. Customer service A+. We will be back!

Everything was great except the air conditioning. It was a hot humid weekend in Melbourne. The master room had an amazing split system but the kitchen/lounge/dining had a terrible system and the second bedroom had nothing
