I really like what’s been done with this place.Most important to us:. Comfy beds. Responsive host, maintenance issue dealt with promptly and expertlyAlso great:. Comfy couches and other furniture. Plenty of child-friendly dishware, sufficient cookware for simple needs . Lovely shower heads, and 5'2" me could reach to change force. Ample towels in a variety of sizes, all very lightweight, soft, and absorbent. Dresser and closet or clothes rack with hangers in each bedroom. Ceiling fans everywhere. Great location, near lovely park by river. Minimal easy rules while staying and for checkout. Lots of nice touches, including coat rack, overhead lights, basket or caddy in each shower at good height for toiletries, blue/aqua/beach theme throughoutNot as great:. Minimal space for toiletries by bathroom sinks. Plastic protection on beds was rather noisier than expected, the price to be hypoallergenic. Minimal kitchen cooking gear: just a few pots and pans, no measuring cups/spoons, etc.

Comfortable, convenient well equipped and awesome host

Very comfortable and nicely laid out with multiple indoor/outdoor areas to gather, sit, talk or enjoy the big screen TV. Well located for easy access to most Melbourne and Island locations. Good kitchen and grill for cooking with a nice dining area. Large master bed/bath and 2 other beds/bath ideal for our family. There are 2 bikes and it is a short few block ride to the boat landings, tennis courts and park area. I can't say enough good things about our wonderful host, Teresa, who was so kind and responsive to our every need.
