We stayed here for one night and the pet room smelt like dog or cat wee and they gave us another room which was kind of them. We stayed over a week and a fair amount of time and spent allot of money here. We booked for another night and they refused us, pretty much turned their back on us. I asked about the live in Cabins and was told they had none and there’s a 2-3 weeks wait on the criteria. Yet these kiwis who just got here were given a Cabin the next day and able to move into one. Talk about favouritism your own. This was the most rudest place I’ve ever been to. The prices online were cheaper than paying at the desk and the lady behind the desk was hesitant to give me the Expedia pricing. Was told to talk to Management about the kiwis getting the cabin and not us. The whole thing was a joke really, especially toward the end. I also had to go and ask for fresh towels and sugar. It wasn’t topped up or given to us fresh. The bed hurt my back and my whole body. Check in is way too late and check out is too early. The only good thing I noticed was the tall older guy that works there. He was really pleasant to deal with. Thank you I forgot your name. It was nice to have someone that was on my side. I felt a little ganged up on.
