Walk through the wide entrance hallway opening into the open plan kitchen/dining and sun-soaked living area leading out to full length balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking Hampton Street and leafy suburban views. Split System for heating and cooling in the main living area and bedroom 1.

Take the lift to the ground floor to get coffee, breakfast or lunch at Hampton Bakery and enjoy 15% discount or cool down across the road with an ice cream from Cold Rock. All of Hamptons shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. Walk to the beach within five minutes.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)

Very noisy

The property is good and the location and closeness to the railway station is perfect. We were disappointed that we weren't warned when we booked that there would be building works continuing for a month. Welhen we arrived there was a notice in the lift warning tenants about the noise. We were woken every morning at 6.30am to the dound of drilling. Also, we couldn't open the windows because of smoke and the smell of grilled meat coming from a restaurant down stairs. That would start in the mirning and continue all day. When we arrived the blockout blind in the living area wouldn't go up so we were in darkness with no view until it was repaired the folliwing day.

Perfect!

Perfect size for 2 people - great location, comfy beds, great shower. Secure undercover carpark included + secure entry and exit. Hampton, Vic is a beautiful spot - very close to the beach, plenty of food options right at your doorstep. Great communication with the Property Mum's group.
