The check-in instructions was very poor as contacting via Expedia is a pain as no one responses at all. Would be useful if the property leaves its email somewhere on the property details on Expedia.

Bit far from city centre but tram is available near accommodation. About 35-40 min walk to swanston st area. Reception staff is quick responsive and very helpful but facillity was not clean enough. Many dust on stove top and floor. Had to clean floor at first day. Otherwise ok.
