Desk clerk was great. Very helpful. Room is fine. Only problem is Travelocity told me we have option for a FREE Airport Shuttle Bus, but Hotel said that is only offered with direct booking. So I have an extra $30 AUD expense. Not good! MISREPRESENTED BY TRAVELOCITY!

Stayed in the four bedroom cabin and in one word - room! This is a very large cabin with full size kitchen and laundry and rooms of decent size too. All a bit dated but clean. Only issues were last bedroom on the left had a distinct urination smell at odds with the rest of the cabin. We ended up closing the door as we didn't need the room. The rear bathroom is also in need of a revamp as the toggled base of the jetted bath are brutal on the feet and the exhaust fan is inadequate due to there being no opening window. Still would happily stay again and loved the park 👍

check in was easy. 2 bedroom accomm. clean and well appointed however the tv remote was very grimy and the batteries in the remote were not working. patchy internet which is not uncommon. the bedspreads may need replacing as they are frayed and had blood spots or something on it. the sheets were clean and the bed itself comfortable.
