It is a perfect apartment hotel in the hart of Melbourne' s city center. Everything is in a walking distance. We had also very nice view on city from the 16th floor.

The aircon was noisy. Why do builders or architects put in a bath in the room when most people shower. Older people would have difficulty in climbing over the bath to have a shower. The pool gym, breakfast and staff were great. Found 2 great restaurants but was quite a walk from the apartment.

I love the Adina brand hotels. The bed was comfy. I enjoyed the convenience of having a washer and dryer near the room. There is a tram stop around the corner to get around the CBD. There is also a convenience store across the street and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The walk to Chinatown and Victoria Market was fairly easy. Harry at the reception area was nice and helpful. However, it was hard to control the water temperature in the shower. Having cream in the mini kitchen area to make tea and coffee would have been nice. The key card to use the elevator was also spotty at times. Nevertheless, these didn't take away from my overall experience staying here. Too bad we don't have Adina hotels in the U.S. I can't wait to return to Melbourne and stay here again!
