Really enjoyed our stay here!! Perfect location - so handy to the trams. Friendly/helpful staff and the room itself was great. Only negative was that we had to ask 3 times before our room was finally serviced, but other than that it was fantastic

The lighting in the penthouse condo was very dim. A person would have a VERY hard time putting on makeup in the bathroom. Dining room and living space both very dim. Everything else is TENS across the board. Staff was fabulous

Mould in bathroom, poor lighting and unloved clean

Check in staff are excellent, unfortunately that’s where it ends. 2 lifts to get to penthouse. Rooms are so dark, no decent mirrors. Shocking lighting. Mould in the bathroom, grime on skirtings behind doors. Coffee machine, no capsules, til you ask. No latch on bathroom door No loungers at the pool. I emailed the address given and asked GM to contact me to show him before i wrote this review, but he did not bother to reply
