Old food served in breakfast. Checkin process was bad. Front desk person was not able to find my booking and it took forever to checkin

Unbelievable breakfast with so many tasty options. The staff is very welcoming and provides VIP service to everyone at their tables. Location is less than a minute away from the entrance of Masjid Nabawi.

Great 1. Quick access to Masjid nabawi 2. Excellent breakfast at As salaam restaurant 3. Prompt service 4. Courteous staff and good checkin/checkout experience Good 1. Room in makkah towers was good , clean and spacious Not good and needs improvement 1. Restrooms are moldy 2. General aesthetics, lobby , lifts, rooms, etc are old and lack the luxury experience and value for money provided by other 5 star hotels

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The breakfast was excellent, but the room was terrible. I went with my 10 months old baby couldn’t let her crawl on the carpet. The bathroom was so dirty, toilet stained, sink smell so bad when water is running I hated going into the bathroom. Mold in the bath area. I really don’t recommend this hotel. They really need to upgrade the whole facility.

Everything was great, including staff and amenities but my only issue was I booked a superior room with city view. The only view I got was of another room’s window which was very disappointing
