Excellent location - close to the highway and far east section of Medicine Hat. Staff were very friendly both at checkin and checkout, site also had free bottled water and snacks. Room was clean and large, had many extra touches such as a wooden bench for clothes in the washroom, glass door shower (not a flimsy curtain), decorative door in front of fridge,and 24hour room service. Will be staying again our next time through.

Had an excellent stay. Beds wwre very comfortable. Many different food options near the hotel. Just down the road you could find businesses from Walmart to Canadian Tire to Bulk Barn. Glad we stayed while traveling.

Great property with great staff and great healthy breakfast unlike the unhealthy processed food breakfasts at other hotel chains. Only complaint is the very poor insulation between the door to the adjoining room. I could hear clearly his TV from my room which could make it tough to sleep. Otherwise great hotel!

Breakfast was excellent but the omelette I was served was horrible tasting. The toilet seat in our room was off centre. The amenities and towels were great. Liked the complimentary water. Very unimpressed to get to our room and find construction and noise outside our window. No mention of this on booking site nor information from hotel. Also nobody could tell me when construction hours were. Not pleased.
