Hotel was fine, room physically was clean though the ceiling over the shower looked liked someone walked on it with dirty feet and one of the walls in the bedroom was caulked from floor to ceiling with white caulk. Overall room was quiet, beds were nice and we were able to sleep well.

Hampton room #339

The room was missing a channel guide bath gel it took two remote controls to operate the television and then you would be sitting in it would just change to another channel or off of the cable system altogether all on its own they were spots on my pillowcase and on my bed sheets there were hairs in my bathtub the air conditioning made a horrible moaning noise there were n dirty laundry bagsoverall the facility was dirty floors carpets etc.

Exceptional stay. Unbelievable value!

I'll be back!

Never stayed at a Hampton Inn before, but I will again if they're all as lovely as the one in Medford. Had booked through Travelocity for an accessible room (traveling w/elderly mother who needs assistance). Checking in, I confirmed I had an accessible room--to find out it was "hearing" accessible, but not "handicap" accessible. There was no differentiation on the Travelocity site (Hey, Travelocity, can you check into that for the future?). Annie at the front desk was very helpful, finding us a handicap accessible room (even though they were really booked) that was perfect! The room was recently renovated, breakfast was just right & all the staff were helpful. Next time we're in town, I'll definitely book at Hampton Inn.

We made a reservation, they did not honor it

BEWARE: We made a two night reservation for a handicap accessible room. When we arrived at the hotel I was immediately told that they did not have such a room available for us. He went on further to explain that "they" (referring to central reservations) should never had made the reservation in the first place, because they did not have a room available. I actually had made the reservation directly with the hotel staff, so this was not an error on "central reservations part". I asked to speak to the manager, he was too busy to see me or even acknowledge my presence. We left the hotel very dissappointed as now we had to drive around and try to find another hotel to accomodate our needs (handicap accessible). Note, I will answer the questions regarding the cleanliness, comfort etc, because you can't submit a review without this information Needless to say, we will never stay at this or any other Hampton Inn again.
